By making payment for a product, you are agreeing to the full T&Cs set out below. Please ensure they are read in full, before making your purchase.
Product
- All rights of a product designed and cut by us remain with The Wedding CNC Co.
- All products (where required), include a weight bag(s) suitable to counterbalance the face weight only; These must be placed on the leg whenever the product is in use. If you are adding more weight to the product, you must increase your weight bags to counterbalance any excess weight. We will not be held liable for any products falling over or causing any damage, due to the weight balance not being checked before use.
- Choosing the right board for you – Folding or Non folding: Any board with a fold / cut line can show a viable line when erected. Due to the nature of the cut this can’t be avoided. We recommend opting for a non folding board if this would be a problem or you would prefer no line to be visable. Size: Typically our 6ft folding fits in most cars, however when increasing size to a 7ft, even when folded is typically too big for a standard boot. Please check sizes before ordering. When folded the board is half the size of the chosen height.
- Please ensure you store your product flat and in a dry place. If left in the wrong position (for example, upright against a wall), this can cause wood products to bend. We will not be held liable for any damage due to improper storage. However, if your product does bend due to this, simply turn the product the opposite way of the bend and place a heavy object on top to regain shape.
- We recommend using a wood primer on all products, prior to painting in your final chosen colour.
- All of our products are made to order, lead time is typically 1-3 days to make, plus shipping time. However, we will keep you updated via the telephone number or email you provide.
Shipping
- You must enter your telephone number and email address at checkout. This is used to contact you in relation to collections and completion times.
- We share the above details with one third party only, which is the courier company for tracking updates. If you do not wish for us to share with this third party, please state this in the “message to the seller” box.
- Once provided with the tracking, please ensure you are available to accept the delivery to the chosen delivery address. If the courier company returns the product, due to no one being available to accept delivery, the postage cost would need to be paid again for us to resend this.
Returns
- Check your product as soon as it is delivered. Any damage caused to a product during shipping must be reported within 24 hours of delivery. This is the window we have to claim back from the insurance company. If you report outside of this window, we will be unable to assist. To complete a return, please email us at info@theweddingcncco.co.uk, with photos and description of the damage. If your product is damaged and wish to exchange it for the same product, please let us know.
- If you change your mind and decide you no longer want your product, we accept returns, but the product must be unused and in the original packaging. The return postage paid by the purchaser. A fee of 10% will be charged, to cover the relisting fees on all platforms.
- We do not accept returns on custom made bespoke orders, so please ensure you are committed to the product before ordering.
